1. Eligibility

1.1. Open to Australian residents aged 18+ who submit an entry via the form at www.scottcollins.com as provided in the promotion announcement.

1.2. Employees of Scott Collins @realty, their immediate families, current vendors of the promoted property, anyone who submits an offer on the property, and their immediate families are ineligible.

2. How to Enter

2.1. Complete the form at www.scottcollins.com with your full name, email address, and a numerical guess of the final sale price for the property specified in the promotion announcement.

2.2. One entry per person per property. Multiple entries for the same property will disqualify all submissions from that entrant.

3. Prize

3.1. One (1) $100 Bunnings Warehouse gift voucher or similar voucher of equivalent value (e.g., Coles, Woolworths, or hardware retailer), at the Promoter’s discretion.

3.2. Total prize value: $100 AUD. Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

4. Winner Determination

4.1. The winner is the entrant whose guess is closest to the final unconditional sale price of the property, as recorded in the contract of sale.

4.2. In case of a tie, the earliest submitted entry wins.

4.3. This is a game of skill, not chance—no random draw applies.

5. Prize Condition

5.1. The prize is only awarded if Scott Collins @realty successfully sells the promoted property and the sale becomes unconditional (i.e., all conditions of the contract are satisfied or waived, typically at settlement).

5.2. If the property does not sell or the sale does not become unconditional within 3 months of the entry period closing (unless otherwise specified), the giveaway is void, and no prize will be awarded.

6. Notification

6.1. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the sale becoming unconditional.

6.2. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize is forfeited, and the next closest guess wins (subject to clause 5).

7. General

7.1. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.2. Entrants consent to Scott Collins @realty using their first name and guess for promotional purposes related to this giveaway.

7.3 Entries open on the date the property is listed for sale and close when the promoted property is marked as "Under Contract" or "Sold" by Scott Collins @realty.

7.4. Personal information collected will be used solely for this promotion and managed per the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If an entrant selects “Yes” to receive emails on the entry form, they consent to subscribing to Scott Collins @realty’s general email list, which may include updates such as recently sold properties, new listings, properties wanted by buyers, and other real estate-related information. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in those emails.

7.5. The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or any prize retailers.

7.6. Scott Collins @realty is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
